Deoxidized will be returning to the playa in 2026!

Deoxidized is a global community of artists, makers, leaders, risk-takers, problem-solvers, and dreamers who fundamentally care about the world around us, our community, and living life to the fullest—on and off the playa at Burning Man.

Since its founding in 2014, DEOX has grown into an international collection of some of the most amazing high-contributing humans you’ll ever meet at Burning Man and beyond. The only requirement for being a DEOXer is to be your true, glorious self: an eager participant in creating the Deoxidized experience and contributing your superpower to the camp in a way that makes the experience even better for all.

Be a part of events and activities that are engaging, sometimes challenging, and designed to get you involved. You’ll have opportunities to try new things, participate fully, and come away with experiences that actually stick.

Contribute and participate

You'll join in building and running our Burning Man camp infrastructure, including a bar, kitchen, sauna, and showers, shade structures. DEOX campers co-create a comfortable home on the playa and a chance to connect with people who care about community, contribution, and personal growth.

Make a real-world impact
Being part of DEOX means contributing to something bigger than yourself. A portion of your camp dues go directly toward building schools, turning our collective effort into real-world impact beyond the playa.
